HEDx Challenge Conference (March 2023)
The HEDx Challenge Conference explored and challenged current thinking, strategy and culture in the higher education sector. The conference featured a wide range of global thought leaders from within the sector and from leading ed tech and professional services firms.
The first conference theme was ‘challenge’ and the interrogation of the current operating models in universities to inspire new thinking and solutions to benefit more open access to sustainable practices and other commitments to purpose in higher education that can lead to success for individual universities and the sector as a whole.
HEDx Mid Year Conference (July 2023)
The HEDx Mid Year Conference investigated the Australian Universities Accord and facilitated discussion with HEDx members and leading sector commentators and advisors.
The conference was an opportunity to bring international thought leadership together with local expertise in shifting the higher education experience to a more equitable, inclusive, purposeful and sustainable position.
The governance of a university’s reputation, brand and culture is imperative to its health and performance. Many higher education institutions have recently transformed their executive teams as the sector rapidly moves towards a fast-paced, uncertain future. HEDx Executive Briefings are a curated, interactive, online experience showcasing the latest stories and examples of innovation from Australian and global universities. In addition, HEDx executive briefings identify and deliver relevant out of sector innovation and transformation stories that serve the needs of today and tomorrow.
HEDx Executive Briefings address topics of innovation, disruption, culture change, and transformation.
Each briefing will be delivered as a 90 minute online session with unlimited access granted to member organisation delegates. Each session is curated and facilitated by global leaders and involves panel discussions of member representatives, leaders from sector service providers, and interactions from live audiences around the core issues of each briefing.
The Higher Education Experience is a fortnightly podcast published in partnership with Campus Review. Through the podcast, HEDx brings together the views of sector leaders, innovators, customers, partners and commentators on the changing landscape of the higher education sector.
Each episode has a guest of an academic, professional or industry leader as the sector moves through these unprecedented times. The podcast reaches a global audience of university leaders, staff, students, partners and others.
