Featuring leading local and international leaders, HEDx curates and facilitates world-class change conferences that guide the transformation of the global higher education sector.
HEDx conferences address current and pressing issues for the global higher education sector. In 2023, the HEDx conferences featured international speakers and thought leaders from the world’s leading professional services firms.
Set the date in your diaries and book your tickets because we’re kicking off 2024 with a full-day, immersive and experiential event hosted at the Museum Theatre, Melbourne Museum, Carlton on Thursday 21 March 2024 (9:00am – 4:30pm). Taking place soon after the expected release of the Australian Universities Accord Final Report, the conference will feature the first significant reactions to the process to date from Australian university leaders.
But there is life after a final report of an Accord and there is a change agenda independent of it and the event will also be a focus on the major issues for the sector globally in the areas of equity, innovation and emerging technology. An esteemed line-up of global and local leaders of sector change include Michael Crow of ASU in the US, Ghassan Aouad of ADU in UAE and David Lloyd, Nora Koslowski, Andrew Parfitt and Helen Bartlett of UA, MBS, UTS and UniSC. It will also have out of sector perspectives from SEEK, OES, Adobe, Vygo, L.E.K. FourthRev, NAB and Year 13.
